Do you offer flat rate shipping?
Yes! Shipping in Canada with orders $49.99 and under at $12 FLAT RATE and orders $50 and up at $15 FLAT RATE. For orders $100 and up we provide FREE SHIPPING. For the U.S FLAT RATE SHIPPING for orders $49.99 and under is $15 FLAT RATE and orders over $50 is $20 FLAT RATE. We also provide free local deliveries with orders over $50. Not located in BC, Canada? We also ship internationally to ensure no one in the world has to be without heat and crispy garlic.
Where can I pick up my order?
Choose from one of our convenient locations for local pick-up during checkout. Your order will be ready within 24 hours, with an emailed confirmation for pick-up.
How Long Will it Take to Get My Package?
For orders within Canada, it takes 1-2 business days for processing and 3-5 business days for shipping, depending on where you’re located and which shipping method you choose. Our international processing time is 1-2 business days and shipping can range from 7-14 business days, again, depending on your location.
How Can I Cancel or Change My Order?
If the order has not been processed, you can cancel or change your order by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your name, order name, and the changes you’d like to make, and our team will update it for you.
How Do I Track My Order?
We’ll send your tracking number to your email once your order has been shipped.
How long will my Pre-order take?
Pre-orders can take anywhere from 2-3 weeks (not including processing and shipping). If you have any questions regarding your order, you may contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number.
We do not accept returns or exchanges. But, of course, we want you and your Haute Foods products to live happily ever after! So, if you have any issues with your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll try our absolute best to accommodate you.
Duties and Taxes
Please note, any duties or taxes incurred with shipments outside of Canada will be the responsibility of the customer.
